Corporate Innovation & Revenue Growth Leader · Amman, Jordan
Some professionals climb the corporate ladder. Others build the ladder, and help others climb it too. Ammar Mismar has spent 14+ years doing exactly that: turning emerging technologies into real revenue, launching programs that shape ecosystems, and advising hundreds of startups along the way.

“He didn’t just manage innovation he institutionalized it, building Jordan’s first internal employee innovation program and MENA’s first hybrid corporate incubator.”
Ammar’s career reads like a blueprint for what modern innovation leadership looks like. Starting in marketing and PR at Integrated Technology Group in 2013, he quickly proved that his strengths ran far deeper than communications. By 2015, he was at Umniah Telecom, first in corporate communications, then leading their innovation and entrepreneurship function, where he launched MENA’s first hybrid corporate incubator and mentored 80+ startups toward enterprise-grade digital transformation.
From there, his path took him to Budapest, twice. He earned a Master’s in Innovation & Technology from Athens Information Technology, then a second Master’s in Leadership in Economics from Budapest University of Technology, where he graduated with the highest honors and was named International Student of the Year. In parallel, he served as a Research & Teaching Assistant, designing an MBA program adopted by 500+ students globally.

The move into venture building came next. At QTICS Group (Labshare) in Hungary, he helped secure $200K in pre-seed funding through market-fit validation and investor positioning. Then at Seagulls Media, he launched EMEA’s first AdTech B2C app hitting 50K+ downloads and $26K in revenue within six months, and scaling operations into 7 countries.
Today, as Corporate Innovation & Growth Manager at Orange Jordan, Ammar sits at the intersection of telecom, AI, and smart services , generating over $10M in portfolio growth, building 10+ ventures from ideation to market, and establishing 60+ partnerships with global tech providers, startups, and VCs.
